Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center is one of the premier retailers of high-end appliances and fine bathroom and kitchen fixtures in the greater Los Angeles market. Insytive was retained to clearly establish the retailer’s brand pillars in a highly competitive space both in the brick and mortar universe and online. Leveraging its strong visual communication expertise, Insytive’s first foray was to create a video for in store, trade show and online usage as well as a series of TV commercials inspired by the same theme, designed to clearly communicate the stores unique selling proposition in an aspirational and sensory immersive manner.
